輪ゴム大ほどのシリコーン製で「セックス・ブレスレット」と呼ばれ、数年前には米国でも問題になったという。元々、色ごとにキスなどの行為を表し、異性の腕輪をちぎれば、その行為を相手に求めることができる、という遊びだったが、ネット情報がもとで性犯罪にエスカレートした。
パラナ州の裁判所は腕輪が「無秩序な行為を誘発する恐れがある」として若者らへの販売を禁じ、若者らの使用も禁止する命令を出した。リオデジャネイロ市も公立学校での使用を禁止するなど、規制の動きは全土に広がった。
